How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they enter our fulfilment process and cannot be changed. Please email support@zionpetsupplies.com as soon as possible.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify â one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world. We never store your card details.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page to check your shipment status at any time.
My order hasn't arrived â what should I do?
If your order is past its estimated delivery date, first check your tracking information. If you're still concerned, email us at support@zionpetsupplies.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

How do I start a return?
Email support@zionpetsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5â7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're so sorry â that's not acceptable. Email us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Absolutely. We carefully vet every product before listing it. All materials are pet-safe, and any food-contact items (like water bottles and bowls) are BPA-free and food-grade.
What sizes do your products come in?

Can I use these products for both dogs and cats?
Many of our products are suitable for both dogs and cats. Each product listing specifies compatibility. When in doubt, reach out and we'll confirm.
Do you restock sold-out products?
