Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened food or consumable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@zionpetsupplies.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@zionpetsupplies.com immediately with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.
