30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Zion Harvest, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your pets to love every product you receive.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming attachments and brushes cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shadrackkatete@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
